Meta Ads Creative & Reporting Automation
Co-founder & Product Lead, Agenture
Built Meta ads automation for e-commerce and local businesses — competitor ad intelligence, AI creative generation, and structured reporting — wired into one pipeline.
- Pulled live competitor ads, analysed the angles that were working, and generated on-brand creative variants to test, turning a slow manual process into a fast, repeatable loop.
- Automated the reporting layer too: spend, results, and creative performance pulled together into a plain-English summary instead of a spreadsheet nobody opened.
Overview
Paid social eats time in two places: making enough creative to test, and making sense of what's working. Through Agenture I built Meta ads automation that handled both — generating on-brand creative variants and turning raw ad data into a clear read on performance — so smaller advertisers could run like a much bigger team.
The problem
Creative is the bottleneck in paid social: you need a steady stream of variants to test, and producing them by hand is slow and expensive. At the same time, the data side is a mess — performance lives across the ad manager and spreadsheets, and the average small business never turns it into a decision. So budget gets spent without a tight loop between what ran and what worked.
What I built
- Competitor ad intelligence — pulled live competitor ads from the Meta Ad Library and analysed the messaging angles and formats that were running, as input to creative.
- AI creative generation — generated on-brand ad creative variants (copy and visuals) from a product/offer brief, ready to test, with a prohibited-content check before anything shipped.
- Structured testing input — organised variants into a clear testing structure rather than a pile of one-offs.
- Plain-English reporting — automated a reporting layer that pulled spend, results, and creative performance into a readable summary on a schedule.
Impact
- Removed the creative bottleneck — a steady supply of on-brand variants to test instead of waiting on production.
- Turned ad data into decisions with reporting the client actually read.
- Let small advertisers run a disciplined test-and-learn loop without an in-house performance team.
