Designed and built fast, conversion-focused websites for small and traditional businesses — local services, trades, and clinics — built to turn visitors into enquiries, not just look good.

  • Owned the whole thing end-to-end: brand-aligned design, copy, build, and the booking/enquiry flow wired straight into the client's calendar and inbox.
  • Treated each site as the front door to an automation stack — the form submission was the start of a pipeline, not the end of the job.

Overview

Most small businesses have a website that exists but doesn't work — slow, generic, and disconnected from how they actually get customers. Through Agenture I built sites for traditional businesses that treated the website as a working part of the operation: a fast, clear front door that captures enquiries and hands them straight to an automated follow-up flow.

The problem

The typical small-business site is a brochure. It loads slowly, buries the phone number, and the contact form drops into an inbox nobody checks until the evening. The result is the same everywhere: people land, don't find what they need fast enough, and leave for a competitor. The owner pays for the site and the ads driving traffic to it, then loses the lead at the last step.

What I built

  • Fast, focused builds — clean, mobile-first sites with the offer, trust signals, and a single clear call to action above the fold. No template bloat; built for speed and clarity.
  • Brand-aligned design — identity, layout, and copy that made small operators look credible against bigger competitors.
  • Enquiry/booking flow wired in — the form or booking widget connected directly to the client's calendar and inbox, with instant confirmation to the customer.
  • Built to feed automation — every submission entered a pipeline (qualify → respond → follow up) rather than sitting in an inbox, so the site and the back-office worked as one system.

Impact

  • Gave small businesses a credible, fast front door that converted traffic into enquiries instead of losing it.
  • Closed the gap between "lead lands" and "lead gets a response" by wiring the site into automated follow-up from day one.
  • Removed the recurring cost of a site that looked fine but didn't drive bookings.
