• I managed the migration of employers and their workforces onto Salary Finance’s new Borrow platform, a large-scale transition involving product, engineering, compliance and operations teams.
• I mapped the end-to-end experience, identified technical and operational blockers, and oversaw the rollout plan across employers of varying sizes. I rewrote user flows, cleaned up legacy processes and coordinated changes with engineering, customer success and risk.
• The migration completed smoothly, with minimal disruption and improved loan application performance on the new platform.
