• I redesigned the soft-search eligibility flow to give users clearer guidance and reduce confusion about checks, approval signals and credit impact.
• I rebuilt the journey logic, refined the hierarchy of information, clarified credit-impact messaging and produced cleaner eligibility screens. I also tightened API requirements and error states to reduce drop-offs.
• Users gained more confidence in the process, approval clarity increased and early-stage abandonments decreased.
