- I redesigned Exinity’s global onboarding experience across web and mobile, focusing on reducing friction, improving clarity and meeting regulatory requirements across multiple regions.
- I mapped the full onboarding funnel, identified the biggest drop-off points and rewrote journeys to simplify verification, document upload, risk questions and funding setup. I worked with design, engineering and compliance teams to streamline each step while maintaining full regulatory coverage.
- Drop-offs decreased by roughly 30 percent, and the new onboarding flow became the standard across all markets.
