The work covered early research, proposition shaping, feature definition and detailed user flows.

I identified the biggest pain points: high FX fees, unclear settlement timelines, poor visibility of balances and a lack of simple tools for managing multi-currency cash flow.
  • The work informed HSBC’s product roadmap and created the foundation for a clearer, SME-focused multi-currency experience. Teams used the flows, feature definitions and proposition framework to shape the final product and align on delivery across regions.

What I Delivered
